DeSantis Group Campaigns For Florida to Secede

The group has declared themselves victims of “Woke Culture.”

As Florida Governor Ron DeSantis continues to beak away from federal laws to create his own laws, his supporters are coming together to encourage Florida to declare independence from the USA.

The scandalous Governor of the Sunshine State has come under fire repeatedly for relentless and regressive attacks on LGBTQ people, women’s rights, BIPOC voters, math and even Disney World. Under the leadership of DeSantis, a Trump acolyte, Florida has been thrust back into the dark ages of human and civil rights, challenging the freedoms and constitutional protections of any citizen who isn’t white, straight, cisgender and Christian.

The Republican State Senate recently re-districted their electoral map to suppress black and indigenous communities from voting in national elections, leading to a contentious sit-in by Democrats who protested the deliberate rigging of the election process by the GOP.

This comes on the heels of the States shocking bill signed into law by DeSantis that prohibits educators from acknowledging that any relationships exist beyond heterosexual ones, or that any people exist outside the cisgender binary.
